This website explained the history of the old bakery. It tell us about the original owner, and how he came to El Paso to become a baker The website really helped me, mostly the history of the bakery, also the owners background information was really interesting.

This let me know that there are three bakeries in El Paso, including the one in Socorro. This information helped me to realize that after the first bakery was opened, they opened more because their business was so successful.

The bakery was established in 1951, George W. Bush visited it, and they sell Mexican pastries there. This website gave me some important information that I can use for my project.

This information let me know that Juan Marquez isn’t just the son of the original owner of the bakery, Don Angel Marquez.
